Hybrid IoT Controller Powered by Niagara Framework
Just one powerful controller with 36 I/Os onboard for monitoring and control, trends, alarms, HTML5 visualization, which integrates all protocols that exist in commercial buildings.
All-in-one Integration
Achieve maximum efficiency and comfort of the building, while reducing the energy cost to a minimum, thanks to connecting HVAC, metering, lighting, comfort, and energy management into one common platform.
Visualization Efficiency
Access and control HTML5 visualization locally, with onboard HDMI output and 2 USB ports with touch and mouse support, or globally thanks to IP connectivity.
Expandable
36 onboard inputs and outputs can be easily expanded by series of I/O modules by IP or RS485 interface, enabling expanding the controller capabilities at the same time of installation or in the future.
DDC Control
Take advantage of the 36 onboard I/Os managable within the Niagara Framework.
16 Universal Inputs
Support for over 20 types of temperature sensors and voltage, resistance, current, and dry contact measurements on each universal input.
4 Digital Inputs
Dry contact inputs - made for monitoring. 100 Hz fast pulse counter with override function saves the real-time values to the SD card.
8 Digital Outputs
Digital outputs equipped with normally open 3 A relays allow for direct control without additional relays.
8 Analog Outputs
0-10 V DC control with 10 mA accuracy, PWM modes, and a maximum load of up to 20 mA to power external relays makes the output suitable for a variety of scenarios.
Scalable
It is all about the scale! Implement BMS into the small and medium-sized buildings that thought they can’t afford the BMS.
Complex Solution...
Provide control, data logging, alarming, scheduling, integration, and visualization. Choose whether you control your building remotely through the browser using a secured connection, or locally with a screen connected directly to the controller through the HDMI port.
..to Make Your Building Smart!
Bring your building or a group of buildings to the cloud by one of the chosen protocols like MQTT to maximize the efficiency of the buildings, monitor and optimize the operation of the building to minimize the maintenance cost.
